Delete your Bebiwo account

You can delete your account yourself, at any time, without asking us.

From inside the app

  1. Open Bebiwo and sign in
  2. Go to your Profile, then Settings
  3. Choose Delete my account and confirm

If you cannot sign in

Email no-reply@bebiwo.com from the address or phone number on the account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm it is yours before we do anything, and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Deleted straight away Your profile, photos, videos, stories and reels; your messages, matches, likes and visits; your interests and location.
Kept for a limited time Payment and payout records, for as long as Ugandan tax and financial law requires us to keep them. Safety reports made about the account are kept so that a banned user cannot simply re-register.
Never kept Your password. It is stored only as a hash and that hash is destroyed with the account.

Deleting your account cannot be undone, and any unused credits are lost. Handled under Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019 — see our Privacy Policy.
